Step 1: Weave cloth according to the thickness required by the customer. Parasol production
Step 2: First make a small color block sample for the customer to confirm, and dye according to the color block confirmed by the customer.
Step 3: Check whether the dyed cloth has stains and defects, and remove the defective ones.
Step 4: Inject UV anti-ultraviolet injection agent + PA gluing and process simultaneously. (Apply UV absorber to the umbrella cloth, and complete it simultaneously).
Step 5: Coding and bundling into rolls.
If you want to make anti-ultraviolet silver glue, black glue, white glue, color glue and other fabrics, in the fourth step, the UV isolation agent is laminated on the fabric using laminating technology. The most common parasols used on umbrellas are fabrics called silver glue, black glue, color glue, gold glue, etc. Fabrics are post-finished for UV protection, such as dipping the fabric in UV absorbers or blockers, or applying anti-ultraviolet coating on the surface of the fabric.
